Schedule a Massage--Come home to a relaxing massage after an active summer day in McCall. The five excellent massage therapists at the Spring Mountain Ranch Spa offer home visits for Hearthstone owners. Select a one-hour or 90-minute session and choose from deep tissue, Swedish, or hot stone therapy. Call Owner Services, preferably a day in advance, to schedule.
Meet Resort Guide Carolyn Marshall--Carolyn recently joined the Hearthstone team from Southern California, where she held a long-term position as the director of business development for a clinical laboratory. As a child, Carolyn spent summers fishing in the Wood River Valley and wanted to move to Idaho ever since. Late this spring, she found her perfect place in McCall and Hearthstone. Lori Thomas, a two-year staff member, now heads up new owner orientation. She'll guide new owners through the reservation process, and help them make the most of the many amenities at Hearthstone. We also welcome Yvonne Wilson, a 14-year McCall resident and former concierge at Whitetail, to our Owner Services team.
Hearthstone Spring Cleans a Part of McCall's Past--Early this spring, eight members of the Hearthstone team helped spruce up the Fire Warden's House at the Central Idaho Historical Museum in downtown McCall. The seven bedroom, Finnish-style home was built with hand tools in the early 1930s. Visit the museum this summer to see this beautiful three-story structure, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Guided tours of all seven buildings on the site are available Wednesday through Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. You can also take a self-guided walking tour from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call (208) 634-4497 for more information.
